Product Description

Our pin mill MJL-P series combines all the advantages of modern grinding technology for a wide range of applications. Easy and fast replacement of grinding elements offers flexibility. We have supplied them to different industries in China and out of China, including metallic industry, nonmetallic industry, chemical industry, food industry and pharmacy industry.

Raw material is fed into the milling house from the center of the static disc by gravity. The centrifugal force of high-speed rotation pins accelerates the raw material, and draws it from the center through the pins, then to the outer house wall. The raw material shall be impacted and ground into fine powders when passing through the pins. 6 rows of intermeshing impact pins make the grinding more effective. The mill housing, rotation disc and static disc are made by precision CNC machine, to achieve designed clearance fit and make sure best and stable performance of production..
